Like so many other events in 2020, the Rotary Club of Jefferson’s annual charity auction will be held online. Bidding opens for a wide array of packaged experiences and unique items on Tuesday, Nov. 17 and closes on Saturday, Nov. 21.
Over the past 22 years of the auction, more than $600,000 has been raised thanks to generous donors and eager bidders. Countless projects throughout the county have benefited all ages with auction proceeds going to grants in libraries, schools, the animal shelter, flags for cemeteries honoring veterans, equipment for parks and recreation programs and many more.
Rotarians are now seeking donations for the auction. “We appreciate all who have been so generous in the past to do so much good in our county community,” said Travis Dvorak, auction chair. “To donate personally or an item from your business, please contact me at travis.dvorak@wildroseresorts.com.”
More details will be forthcoming for bidders to access 32auctions.com an online bidding. Updates will be posted on the Jefferson Rotary Club Facebook page and in area media.
