In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against James Leon Cunningham of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Cunningham was fined $65 with a $9.75 surcharge. Court costs were $95. Cases were initiated as follows: Bradley D. Wolf of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Chanze Jay Bushman of Scranton, interference with official acts.
