Greene County magistrate court, ending July 6

A judgment was entered June 30 in Greene County magistrate court against Sandra Ann Burris of Scranton on a charge of assault. Burris was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $102.

Charity Leann Snavely of Grand Junction was sentenced to 10 days in jail on a Department of Public Health violation. The jail time was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year to Boone/Greene County Probation. Snavely was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. A large party was held May 22 at Snavely’s home in violation of the governor’s emergency disaster proclamation regarding Covid-19 and gatherings of more than 10 persons.

Mohammed Belarbi of Perry was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year on a Department of Public Health violation. He was vined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

A case was initiated in magistrate court against Kayli Jayde Elsberry of Boone on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree.
