Greene County magistrate court, week ending May 22

In Greene County magistrate court Dale Sanford Arey of Boone was sentenced to 10 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of a no contact order. Magistrate Jessica Morton found he is able to pay sheriff’s fees for the time he serves. Arey was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay $37.80…
