In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 28 against Ryan Douglas Patterson of Jefferson on a charge of violation of a no contact order. He was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served in this case and another magistrate case on the same charge. He was placed on probation for one year. Patterson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. (Magistrate Jessica Morton)
A judgment was entered March 4 against Nicole Terese Borkowski of Jefferson on a charge of violation of a no contact order. She was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served in this case.The magistrate found her unable to pay court costs.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Jerry Lavern Miller of Jefferson has been charged with violation of a no contact order. The warrant was issued Dec. 19, 2019 and returned March 4.
A case was initiated against Kurt A. Schoon of Scranton on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
