Greene County Extension is hosting a series of Ag Coffee events, bringing farmers and other ag professionals together for an informal discussion on current ag topics.
The next Ag Coffee is slated for Friday, Feb. 21, from 9:30 to 11 am with coffee, donuts, and discussion of farm succession with Tim Christensen, ISU Extension & Outreach farm management specialist.
“Transitioning off the farm can be scary. Don’t’ let your fear of conflict or lack of planning tear your family apart after you are gone. Get started today,” Christensen said.
The February meeting is sponsored by Community State Bank in Paton. No reservations are needed. Persons who want more information can call the Extension office at 515-386-2138.
