The city of Grand Junction recently completed a street improvement project that resulted in more than 40 blocks of city streets being resurfaced. Total investment in the street resurfacing was $85,000.

Babysitting Basics set for Oct. 26
Babysitting Basics, a course for Greene County youngsters in grades 5-8, will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, from 9 am to 3:30 pm at the Greene County Extension office in Jefferson.
