Construction is primary topic for GrCo school board
Construction crews working on the regional career academy and new Greene County high school are finally back on track for the scheduled completion date of Aug. 1, but reclaiming the month lost due to the wet spring and early fall added close to $52,000 to the current cost of the project.

The Jefferson park and recreation department invites all older residents who want to “get moving” to a free one-hour fitness class Friday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Greene County Community Center. The chair-based fitness class will consist of stretching, balance work, and strengthening exercises. There will be coffee and conversation time after each class.
