BKLYN The Musical, presented by History Boy Theatre Company, will run on Dec. 27, 28 and 31, and Jan. 3 and 4. Each performance will be preceded by dinner at 6 pm and the show following at 7 pm. T
BKLYN tells the story of the City Weeds, five homeless musicians who band together to transform their neighborhood beneath the Brooklyn Bridge.
BKLYN The Musical is a story within a story. On the outside is a troupe of street performers who are sharing a story from their lives, using it to help the audience see them as people, too. Then there is the story they tell – the story of a young girl who comes to the U.S. to find the father she never knew. Together these stories create a show that is both touching and inspiring, drawing the audience into a live theater experience to remember.
