In Greene County magistrate court Kole Alexander Higgins of Grand Junction was sentenced Sept. 27 to two days in jail on a charge of interference with official acts. He must pay $96 in sheriff’s room and board fees for the time he serves. He was fined $250 with a $87.50 surcharge. Court costs were $60. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed. A judgment was entered against James Leon Cunningham of Jefferson on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. Cunningham was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Charges of interference with official acts and disorderly conduct were dismissed. Court costs were $60.
In a separate cases Cunningham was fined 465 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge. Court costs were $60.
In a third case Cunningham was sentenced to seven days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. He must pay $336 sheriff’s fees for the time he serves and $60 court costs.
Kelsi Elizabeth Gross of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from domestic abuse assault- first offense. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dale Edward Ganoe of Jefferson, interference with official acts; Jodi Ann Ganoe of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order; and Susan Marie Travis of Dayton, trespass.
