The Community Players of Greene County will hold open auditions next week for a November production of Thornton Wilder’s classic, Our Town.
Our Town tells the story of the residents of Grover’s Corners, NH, in three acts. Act One is about the main characters’ childhoods. In Act Two they’re young adults, getting married and starting families. Act Three tells of their deaths and what comes after death.
There are seven main characters and many supporting roles.
Auditions are slated for Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 17-18, at 7 pm at the Masonic hall at 120 N. Wilson Ave. Josh Tuel will direct the production.
Persons who are interested in being part of the production but not on stage are also encouraged to meet the production team during the auditions.
