A judgment was entered in Greene County magistrate court against John Emery Welch of Grand Junction on a charge of assault- simple. He was placed on probation with Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must pay restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees not to exceed $200. Court costs were $60.
