In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 21 against Rozanne M. Koci of Bellevue, NE, on a charge of trespass- first offense (casino self-exclusion). She was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge. Court costs were $70.
Kimberly Nadine Murphy of Scranton was granted a deferred judgment after she pleaded guilty to a charge of theft- fifth degree. She will be on supervised probation for 12 months. She must pay a $65 civil penalty, a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge, and $300 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Mark William Easterday of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; Colton Davis of Jefferson, assault; Katarina Nichole Stilson of Paton, assault and disorderly conduct; and Rene Omar Guzman of Paton, assault and disorderly conduct.
