Persons pleaded not guilty in Greene County district court as follows: Timothy Joseph Faber, 27, of Sparta, WI, operating while intoxicated- first offense, theft- first degree, criminal mischief- fourth degree and attempted escape from custody; and Jason William Sheldahl, 48 of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault- second offense. A trial date was set for Aug. 27 for Faber and for July 23 for Sheldahl.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Caitlin Suzanne Petersen, 30, of Harcourt has been charged with theft- second degree.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week ending June 13 as follows: Justin Joe Downs, 33, of Churdan, criminal mischief- fourth degree; and Michael Marin Matthews, 23, of Grand Junction, criminal mischief- fourth degree.
