Paton-Churdan held its fourth annual Academic Achievement Breakfast Wednesday, May 29. Students in grades 9-11 with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher were invited for a breakfast and recognition. Brick work under way at career academy

The beginnings of Greene County Schools’ new career academy are above ground despite the wetter than normal May. Last week masons began laying brick that will be the interior walls of the career academy. As of the weekend, the interior wall footings were poured and work had begun on the footings for the exterior walls.
