In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered May 22 against Chuen Nan of Des Moines on a charge of trespass, casino self-exclusion. He was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge. Court costs were $97.82.
Kelsy Diana Jean Reed of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. No judgment was entered on charges of interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.
Benjamin Lee Cahall of Grand Junction was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of assault. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs
