In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $150 fine with a $52.50 surcharge was entered against Chad Phillip Sloan of Jefferson. Sloan was charged with assault; the charge was amended to disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Raelyn Ann Holmgaard of Churdan, compulsory education violation- first offense; Roxanne M. Koci of Bellevue, NE, trespass- first offense (casino self-exclusion); and Darrenn Scott Lehrkamp of Newton, theft- fifth degree.
