The Churdan Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, April 20, at 9:30 am for toddlers through 4th graders. Everyone is asked to come to the library to make an Easter basket. The hunt will follow.

Ram girls soccer team has 1-2 season record
The Greene County girls soccer team evened its record at 1-1 with a 2-1 victory over Carroll April 4 on the new artificial surface at Carroll Stadium. Kirsten Lamoureux and Bailey Cunningham scored goals for the Rams. The team’s defense was strong, allowing just the one goal.

The sky was blue and faces were sunny at a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Greene County High School and Career Academy Monday. A group of about 75 enthusiastic community members, school staff and students, elected officials, and professionals involved with the project attended the event.
