Greene County Extension and Outreach is marking Extension and Outreach Week, April 8-12, with a series of five free, educational programs.
The schedule follows:
• Monday, April 8 – Crocheting 101 with Carmen Tilley, 4:30 to 6:30 pm
• Tuesday, April 9 – Electric pressure cooker meals with Greene County Extension staff, 4:30 to 6:30 pm
• Wednesday, April 10 – Managing Stress: Strategies that Work with David Brown, ISU Extension human science specialist, 12 to 12:45 pm
• Thursday, April 11 – Spring into Spring Gardening Tips with Mike Witt, ISU agronomist, 12 to 12:45 pm
• Friday, April 12 – Java & Juice hosted by Greene County Extension staff and council, 9:30 to 10 am.
All sessions will be held at the Extension and Outreach office at 104 W. Washington St in Jefferson. Space is limited; those who plan to attend are encouraged to register at 515-386-2138.
