In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Christopher Brian Quirk, 36, of Jefferson, burglary- third degree (motor vehicle) and forgery (three counts); and Karibeth Danielle Baker, 39, of Scranton, driving while license revoked. Trial dates were set for May 14 in both cases.
Cases were initiated as follows: Lauren Marie Schulte, 24, of Jefferson, assault on persons in certain occupation; Branden Garrick Smith, 42, of Jefferson eluding, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense, and possession of firearm as felon; Michael Allen Olson, 57, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- first offense, and driving while license revoked; and Kandice Maree Agar, 34, of Jefferson, OWI- first offense.
