Dads, uncles, grandfathers and other great men are invited to learn more about the Greene County Watch D.O.G.S. program Saturday, March 2, between 8 and 10 am at Dunkers By Matt in Jefferson.
Men who sign up for a day of Watch D.O.G.S. volunteering will be treated to a donut.
Watch D.O.G.S. spend a day at Greene County Elementary School providing an extra set of watchful eyes, interacting with students, and providing a positive male role model. The program has been in place since December and has been very well-received by staff and students alike, according to school principal Scott Johnson.
