The Greene County Gobblers Hunting Heritage Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation is hosting its annual banquet and auction on Saturday, Feb. 2, at Clover Hall in the Greene County Fairgrounds in Jefferson. This is the annual fundraising event with money raised used to support the chapter and promote youth hunting activities in the area.
Doors open at 5:30 pm with dinner catered by Lidderdale Country Store at 7. Tickets are available from Fred Long at 515-370-0905 or at the door.
A special invitation is extended to NWTF members from other counties. The cost will be $15 for the meal.
