Greene County claimed three victories at the Ogden Duals on January 3. The Rams defeated Southeast Valley 43-42, Ogden 48-27 and Audubon 72-12. Will Hansen, Joel Ward, Clint Dennhardt and Brenner Gallagher were undefeated in three matches.
On Friday the Rams won the North Polk Round Robin Tournament in Alleman. The Rams scored 388 points, followed by Grinnell with 370, North Polk 344, Waukee JV 336, Mount Ayr 231, and Shenandoah 44.
Twelve wrestlers participated with all placing third or higher. Champions in their weight classes were Will Hansen 145, Brock Wuebker 170, Clint Dennhardt 182 and Bryce Hoyle 195.

Rams 43 ~ SE Valley 42
The SE Valley match ended in a 42-42 tie and was decided by the eighth criteria, the team having the most first points is awarded the tie-breaker. Greene County had 16 first points to the Jaguars’ eight.
