“Renovation” and “new construction” are the catchwords for the homes on the 2018 Jefferson Garden Club Tour of Homes. The four homes will be decorated for Christmas by December 1 and ready to display “Christmas Magic,” this year’s theme. The Tour of Homes takes place from noon to 4 pm.
