The Grand Junction Horizons group invites all area businesses and organizations to participate in the third Festival of Trees, Wreaths and Stockings Sunday, Dec. 2, at the Grand Junction Community Center.
The trees, wreaths and/or stockings will be displayed in conjunction with the Horizons holiday event.
The tree/wreath/stocking can be any size and the design of the business or organization. “Get creative. Advertise your business, hobby or interest. Just have fun,” said organizer Diane Wise.
The items can, at the exhibitor’s option, be sold by silent auction or returned.
All proceeds from the event will go toward the Grand Junction 150 celebration.
Items may be set up Friday, Nov. 30, only if arrangements are made in advance. Items not sold must be removed following the Horizons supper. Businesses and organizations that plan to participate should contact Wise at 515-370-1675.
