Supervisor candidates share views at public forum
The future of emergency medical services and taxes were on the minds of many of the 40 or so persons who attended the Rotary-sponsored candidate forum last week, with several of the questions directed to county supervisor candidates focusing on those topics. Christmas came early when members of Beta Tau Delta distributed $2,750 to county schools to be used at the discretion of staff for the benefit of children. Recipients included the Greene County Early Learning Center, the Greene County elementary, middle and high school, and Paton-Churdan. The Greene County school nurses also received a check to cover children’s needs.
