Greene County district court, week ending Sept. 27
In Greene County district court a judgment was entered Sept. 25 against Riley Isaiah Walstrom, 24, of Jefferson after he pleaded guilty to a charge of theft- fifth degree, amended from burglary- third degree. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and he was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. He must…

In Greene County magistrate court Jacob Eugene Day of Jefferson was sentenced Sept. 26 to four days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault. He must pay sheriff’s room and board fees for the time he serves. Day was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge; both were suspended. Court costs were $96.50.
