In Greene County magistrate court Amanda Andrean Abrams of Panora was granted a deferred judgment Aug. 13 after she pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed on self probation for six months. A judgment was entered for a $65 civil penalty. She must also pay $100 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $95 court costs. A charge in district court of possession of marijuana- second offense was dismissed with court costs assessed to the state as part of a plea agreement.
Ricky Eugene Comer of Grand Junction was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
