Pat Benitz of Jefferson (pictured) was the winner of the Peoples’ Choice quilt raffled at the Greene County Fair.
The quilt was assembled and quilted by Suzanne Sievers at the Stitch with quilt blocks from the 2017 People’s Choice quilt block contest.
The 2018 quilt block contest called for blocks in sherbet hues. Winner of that contest was Tori Riley’s sudoku block. Riley said she had a little help from her friends in winning the contest.
Watch for a quilt in shades of orange, pink, green and yellow at the fair next year.
All proceeds from the quilt raffle and the Peoples’ Choice quilt block contest go to the Greene County 4-H Foundation.
