Scranton is planning to welcome the RAGBRAI® riders July 23 as they pass through en route to Jefferson.
More volunteers are needed. All ages are needed, from teenagers to senior citizens.
An informational planning meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 30, at 6:30 pm at Scranton city hall.
