Jefferson Telecom has announced the addition of a new staff member, Daniel Rohner. Rohner has started employment and is working as a customer service representative/cellular specialist.
Rohner’s primary duties include helping customers establish or renew cellular service and assisting with questions with their devices. Rohner will also assist with all the product lines including landline telephone, long distance, cable TV, Internet, and U.S. Cellular.
“Daniel understands how important customer service skills are for a business in Jefferson. Customers have choices when it comes to their telecommunication products and services. We feel confident that Daniel’s passion for technology, troubleshooting, and problem solving will be a winning combination for Jefferson Telecom,” said Jamie Daubendiek, Jefferson Telecom COO.
Rohner, a 2013 Jefferson-Scranton graduate, is excited to be back in Jefferson and work with customers in the community where he was raised.
