Ram golfer Elijah Block was meet medalist when at the Des Moines Christian golf tournament April 12 at Jester Park north of Des Moines. Coach Dave Destival said due to work on the course, play was shortened to par 70 from par 72. Block shot two under par at 68.

Ram girls place second at Perry track & field meet
The Greene County girls track and field team placed second at a meet hosted by Perry April 12. Makala Kafer won the 200m dash in 28.89. Melanie Doran won the 400m hurdles in 1:14.49. In its debut season the Greene County boys soccer team is rated 14th in Class 1A in the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association’s rankings. The Rams are 4-0 on the season and have outscored their opponents 26-4. That includes a 2-1 win over 2A Ballard (Huxley) Thursday in Grand Junction.
