The Paton-Churdan junior class invites the public to see the prom decorations and attend the grand march as they celebrate a night in “Winter Wonderland” this Saturday, April 14.
The public can see the gym decorations from 6:20 to 7:20 pm, and also take informal pictures. The grand march will be held from 7:30 to 8 pm in front of the school, weather permitting. (The school auditorium is the alternate location for the grand march.)
Following the grand march, students and faculty will have a three-course grilled chicken meal cooked by parents of juniors, followed by a night of dancing with music provided by Musical Edge of Clive from 9 to 11:30 pm.
The junior class parents will host a Las Vegas-themed after prom party, also at the school, from 12 to 2:30 am, with food, games, a hypnotist, and more than $5,000 in prizes to give away.
