Just like a household sells unneeded items before moving, the Churdan public library is selling discarded books, some furniture and many miscellaneous items (audio books, DVDs, CDs and some children’s books) as staff prepares to move to a temporary location.
The moving sale will be held at the library’s current location at 414 Sand St March 26-31, during regular library hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm; Wednesday from 9:30 am to 6 pm; and Saturday from 9 to 11 am.
The library will be closed April 2-7 while the staff and volunteers move to the temporary location at 604 Hill St in Churdan.
