RAGBRAI, the Register Annual Bike Ride Across Iowa, will overnight in Jefferson Monday, July 23, organizers announced Saturday in Des Moines. The last time RAGBRAI riders overnighted in Jefferson was July 21, 2008. Other Jefferson overnights were in 1976, 1986 and 1989.
