Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson made relief efforts after Hurricane Hugo more personal, “adopting” a young couple who are teachers at Lutheran South Academy to help. The couple had major losses in the flooding after Hurricane Hugo. The Jefferson congregation sent a semi load of appliances, household items and more to the couple, with delivery this past Thursday.
