In Greene County district court Theodore John Herrick, 35, of Jefferson was sentenced Dec. 21 to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a charge of prohibited acts (aggravated misdemeanor), amended from prohibited act, Schedule II narcotic (Class C felony).
