P-C celebrates reading on Dr Seuss’s birthday

Paton-Churdan elementary students celebrated Dr Seuss’s birthday and Read Across America Day Friday. The day’s activities included dress-up fun as children and teachers dressed as book characters, a read-aloud of “Green Eggs and Ham” and green eggs and ham prepared by principal Annie Smith, Reading Buddies time, birthday cupcakes and more.
