Human trafficking is the topic of a Community Conversation Thursday, Jan. 4. Ruth I. E. Buckels, statewide coordinator for Youth and Shelter Services in Ames, will present and lead discussion. She will share Iowa trafficking stories to create awareness and increase safety. She advocates for all Iowa teens to learn about human trafficking and how it is thriving in Iowa.
