In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Dec. 6 against Marshall Lee Mcollough of Waterloo on charges of trespass and interference with official acts. He was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge on each charge. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $537.42 court costs.
A judgment for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered against Chad William Taute of Paton on a charge of assault. As part of a plea agreement a case in district court in which Taute was charged with trespass- intentional was dismissed. Court costs in the magistrate case were $96; no court costs were assessed in the district court case.
