The holiday shopping season begins in Jefferson Nov. 9-11 with “Browse Days”.
This annual event, sponsored by Greene County Chamber and Tourism’s business promotions committee, is held during regular business hours, and features a select group of Chamber members who invite shoppers to participate in discounts and weekly prize drawings.
Chamber members will invite customers to browse their stores to find gift ideas. ‘Browsers’ on these days will receive coupons for up to 20 percent off single items or total purchases through Christmas Eve.
Shoppers will be able to register for a revamped gift certificate give-away starting Nov. 20. Drawings will be held on Dec 4, 11, and 18. Three weekly winners will each receive a package of gift certificates from participating businesses.
Participating businesses in this year’s Browse Days and gift certificate give-away include Addie’s, Country Blessings, Royal Jewelers, Don’s Ace Hardware, TechZone, Krieger’s Flower Shop, Jefferson Family Chiropractic, Angie’s Tea Garden, Deal’s Orchard, and More Time.
