The escapades of a Friday snow day make for plenty of fun in Brian Stachman’s play “Just Another Snow Day,” slated for performance by Greene County High School students Friday and Saturday, Nov. 3 and 4, in the school theatre at 7 pm.
The cast includes Clay Peters, Megan Higgins, Bobby Arnold, Hannah Yetter, Lydia Leggitt, Arthur Bardole, Kara Betts, Maezie Holderby, Natalie Payan, Blake Kaufmann and Naomi Long.
Also Jacob Hanson, Hannah Gliem, Josey Weaver, Madison Hall, Jordan Davis, Morrgan Zmolek, Avery Bardole, Bailey Brown, Hannah Acton, Ethan Long, Caitlyn Tjostem, Crawford Petrson, Cassie Lamoureux, Kirsten Lamoureux and Caleb Etherton.
Plot elements in the comedy include a video game-obsessed student and a drama teacher who won’t get Zombie Apocalyptico 7 delivered, a teen couple stranded in a car during a break-up, an overprotective mother, an over-eager drama student who may have to perform “Romeo and Julie” alone, a girl who has stuck her tongue on a flagpole and more.
The play is directed by Darren Jackson. Admission is $5 for adults and $1 for students.
