In Greene County district court Matthew Seth Losee, 42, of Paton was granted a deferred judgment Oct. 17 after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana- first offense. In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 25 against Albert Castaneda of Guthrie Center on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $105.70 court costs.
