Anyone looking for a close, convenient, and comfortable place to feed a family during Hot August Night next Thursday, Aug. 10, is invited to the VFW hall on the east side of the courthouse square for walking tacos.
The veterans are serving walking tacos with all the works from 4:30 to 6:30 pm during the Hot August Night Auto, Truck, Motorcycle, and Tractor Show.
“Get out of the heat! Come in for a seat,” a spokesperson said. Free will donations will be accepted.
Proceeds to benefit all three veteran groups – American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War, and Veterans of Foreign War auxiliary.
