In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 7 against Joanne Lee Gay of Carroll on a charge of theft- fifth degree. The case was initiated June 13, 2016; an arrest warrant was returned June 5, 2017. Gay was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge.
