In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 12 against Kimberly Ann Mustang of Jefferson in a case initiated in district court. Mustang pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse assault- simple, amended from domestic abuse assault- aggravated. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail; all but four were suspended. She was placed on informal probation for one year. She must complete a batterers education program at her own expense. Charges against Mustang of false imprisonment and harassment- aggravated were dismissed. Mustang must pay $177.45 court costs and $120 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees.
Jeffery E. Mize of Kingsley was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge on a charge of trespass (casino self-exclusion). He paid $300 toward his court costs. A judgment was entered for the remaining $89.90 court costs, and the fine and surcharges.
A judgment for a $65 fine and a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Amber Janell Revell of Jefferson on a charge of assault- simple, amended from domestic abuse assault- first offense. Court costs were $389.86.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Nathaniel Byerly of Churdan on a charge of harassment- third degree, amended from assault simple. Court costs were $115.
Timothy M. Cadden of Jefferson paid a fine of $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of assault- simple. Court costs were $60.
In a new case not previously listed on the docket, Anjanette Stephany Forkner of Scranton was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of harassment- simple. The case was initiated in district court as Forkner was charged with harassment- second degree. A judgment was entered for $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
