In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Angela Rae Lowmiller, 18, of Jefferson, theft- third degree; and Derek Eugene Ott, 35, of Jefferson, burglary- third degree. Trial dates were set for May 9 in both cases.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week ending March 23 as follows: Michael Eugene Hamilton, 39, of Grand Junction, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense; Derek Eugene Ott, 35, of Jefferson, theft- second degree; and Scott Eldon Davis, 47, of Jefferson, theft- second degree.
