In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered March 1 against Jeremy Michael King of Fort Dodge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge. He must also pay $37.03 restitution to the Greene County sheriff’s office and $241.06 court costs. King paid $30 and the rest was entered as a judgment.
A judgment was entered against Alan Randolph Heywood Jr of Perry on a charge of trespass. Heywood was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and a $125 LEI surcharge. He must also pay $264.72 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $127.78 court costs.

Jeremiah John Pedersen of Dana was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 LEI surcharge on a charge of trespass. Court costs were $102.75.
Antwone Maurice Fentress of Grand Junction was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- simple, amended from domestic abuse assault- first offense. He must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $87.70 court costs.
