In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 1 against Michael Jon Molle of Jefferson on a charge of trespass. Molle was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $76.50.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Feb. 9 as follows: Amy Gaines of Scranton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Travis Michael Straight of Scranton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Amber Janell Revell of Scranton, domestic abuse assault- first offense; and Nicholas Anthony Balderas of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree and trespass.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Tollef August Sorenson of Jefferson, operating non-registered vehicle, $50; and Donna Jean Exline of Jefferson, speed, $20;
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
