The Prom Closet will be open Saturday, Jan. 14, from 9 am to 2 pm at Ascension Lutheran Church in Coon Rapids.
The Prom Closet provides high school students who might not otherwise be able to afford prom attire and opportunity to select a dress and other accessories at no charge. All items in The Prom Closet have been donated so that others can experience the dress-up fun of attending a prom.
Donations to The Prom Closet are still being accepted at the Coon Rapids, Carroll and Glidden Iowa Savings Bank locations, as well as Peoples Trust & Savings Bank in Guthrie Center.
